REALTOR.com: My New HouseThe offer was accepted (finally) and we are moving forward. We only have 2 weeks left before our own home goes on the market. Sadly enough, we will then have to wait 2 more months to move in. It will kill me. I am sure by the time I get into that house, I will have decorated and re-decorated every room in my head. I will have paint swatches picked out and glues to sheets of paper with room outlines and furniture placement. I will have decided on what flooring will go where, what construction needs to take place, and in what order we will be fixing the place up. Poor Phil won't know what hit him.
More than anything, I am looking forward to getting this house on the market so we can relax again. We aren't the most clean people as far as clutter and dust, so this is a challenge. Throw the 2 year old into the mix and its almost down right impossible. I just want to rid myself of boxes, stress, phone calls and the clutter of having everything in flux. At least once these people that buy my house have it inspected, they will not have to get back in for another month or longer. Then we can really let things pile up, boxes, moving stuff, etc.
I love to be busy, but not this busy. There is such a long list that I tend to do things like blog about it rather than take action.
Poo, must run. I have brought on my own guilt.

Yay congrats again. Couldn't see the listing though. Good luck with your place, although sounds like you are not going to need it.
