DaVinci Code Movie
I am watching the Today show and listening to these assinine people discuss whether or not the DaVinci Code is anti-Christian. Who cares???Does anyone ask if horror movies are anti-christian? Does anyone give a crap if its not this story? Ugh.
I thought the book was horrid. I forced myself to read it even after the first 5 pages of major cheese. It was not well written. It did nothing for my non-belief, no reinforcing, no convincing, nothing. If it did this for me, why would it convince one Christian to go against their belief?
Stupid Stupid Stupid.

Because people are not capable of thinking for themselves. And anything that might challenge their beliefs must automatically be "non- Christian". Truly it could be about any belief that is challenged.
I find it rather amusing that people freak about it, it's just a fictional story. When that gets mentioned the right-wind types freak even worse because "Dan Brown claims it's not entirely fictional and it's also what he believes."
So what! No one is holding a gun to your head to read the book! It's irrelevant what Brown believes or not.
I also think that he said he believes the material in the book is true JUST to cause a huge controversy and sell a ton more books. Smart move.
